The Givers Gain Gala is this Friday! Here are some additional details to ensure you have a wonderful experience:
ATTIRE: This is a formal event, but not necessarily “black tie.” Suggested attire examples include a suit and tie, cocktail dress or formal dress. (Think wedding guest attire!)
ARRIVAL: Please arrive between 6:30-6:50pm. Please do not arrive early! Our non-profits and musicians will be setting up prior to 6:30, and doors will not be open yet! We will ask everyone to take their seats promptly at 7:10, so there will be plenty of time to get settled!
At the registration, you will only need your name(s) to check-in. If you and your guest are arriving separately, your guest will check-in under the name of the inviting Member. You will receive an envelope at registration containing your drink ticket(s) and a couple other surprises! The bars will be open and are located inside the ballroom. Event programs (and additional items) will be waiting for you at your table. Tables are not assigned- please network and make everyone feel welcome!
At 7:15, I will formally welcome everyone and share some opening remarks, including the agenda for the evening. Please be sure to find your tables promptly between 7:10-7:15!
WHAT TO BRING: Please feel welcome to bring your business cards. We expect to have approximately 180 Members and Guests in attendance!
Although each person will receive one drink ticket, there is also a cash bar available.
There are MANY ways to contribute directly to our participating Non-Profit Members at the Gala. One of the most fun ways is to participate in the various raffles. Several INCREDIBLE baskets will be raffled with the tickets priced in the following range (due to basket value):
· Green Ticket Baskets (valued between $100-$175) $1/ticket or 25 tickets for $20
· Red Ticket Baskets (valued between $250-$350) $5/ticket or 5 tickets for $20
· Wine Pull Tickets are $20/ticket (this will be explained in greater detail at the event)
You may purchase tickets with cash or a credit card, but cash may allow the line(s) to move a bit faster! As a reminder, 100% of ALL raffle tickets will be donated directly to our participating Non-Profit Members following the event! In the spirit of Givers Gain, please consider participating in these exciting drawings and help our Non-Profits continue the wonderful work they do within our local community!
